Medhey

A multi-vendor marketplace for shopping, selling and booking services in Bhutan.

01Problem
A marketplace has two very different customers at once: buyers who want a fast, trustworthy checkout, and sellers who need to manage products and orders without help.
02Solution
Worked across the stack: storefront pages, backend business logic, database changes and the APIs consumed by other clients.

GamePasal

A store for game top-ups, gift cards and vouchers for gamers in Nepal.

01Problem
Digital goods are unforgiving: the customer has paid, and expects the top-up or code to arrive quickly and exactly once.
02Solution
Modelled products so each type could carry its own required fields (for example, a player ID for top-ups) without special-casing the checkout.

GrillPasal

A bilingual, mobile-first inquiry platform for a metal fabrication workshop in Nepal.

01Problem
Local fabrication work is usually found by word of mouth. The workshop needed to be discoverable on Google for the specific things people search for — main gates, window grills, railings — in its service area.
02Solution
Structured the site around services people actually search for, with a dedicated page per product category for clean local SEO.

The site is live and handles product discovery, cost estimates and customer inquiries for the workshop.

A privacy-first toolkit to compress, convert and resize images in the browser.

01Problem
Large images are one of the most common reasons websites feel slow, especially on mobile data. Most free tools are cluttered, ask for sign-up, or keep uploaded files around.
02Solution
Kept the interface to one job at a time: drop an image, pick a quality, compare, download.

AI Message Refiner

A Chrome extension that polishes a message with AI right before you send it.

01Problem
Copying a message into a chatbot, rewriting it and pasting it back breaks your flow. The refinement should happen where you are already typing.
02Solution
Injected a content script that finds the message box on each supported site and places a floating action next to the send button.

04Result

A point-of-sale and inventory system for day-to-day retail operations.

01Problem
Small businesses often track sales and stock in notebooks or spreadsheets, which makes it hard to know what is selling, what is running out, and how the day went.
02Solution
Designed the database first — products, stock movements, sales and users — so reports come from reliable data rather than manual totals.
